Crowds don’t change on their own.
There’s always a “crazy” person and their team that started the wave.
People tell them they are crazy at first.
Stop doing that. It doesn’t make sense. We don’t want to change. It won’t work. What are you thinking?
But if it gets big (or gets enough traction)…
It stops being crazy.
It becomes the new normal.
But only in hindsight.
That’s where everything came from.
